Why book and wait for an appointment day if you can keep it up! I had to wait over 45 minutes past my booked slot, so what is the point to have an appointment? I can understand 15 minutes but over 45 minutes considering the doctor have 7 minutes slot per each patient? This could be better managed, completely waste of time!

Extremely kind and helpful staff all speaking several languages. The receptionist went out of her way to ensure we could be seen without paying using our basic health card.

They Have really nice service and yes some doctors spęka English I was attended by one Cuban Doctor there and was lovely and speaks fluent English... But I see that because of covid is now closed

The appointment what they give it to you are jokes...10m.betwen each patient,and even didn't start on time.....
